Client Reviews

“Outstanding instructors who consistently push the very best out of me. Tough, gritty sessions that challenge both mind and body, always delivered with a warm smile and a great sense of fun. Every workout feels fresh thanks to a brilliant mix of setups and routines, backed up by excellent kit. Demanding, motivating, and genuinely enjoyable — exactly what great training should be.”

“I’ve been going to Meraki HIIT class for many years now (I think 7!) and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. Amy and Mark are amazing – super friendly, genuinely encouraging, and always ready to challenge you just the right amount.

The atmosphere is welcoming, fun, and very supportive, which makes it easy to keep coming back week after week. It’s the perfect way to start the weekend: every Saturday in the park, come rain or shine. There’s nothing better than getting some proper exercise, fresh air, and doing it all in such a convivial way.

The social side is great too – pizzas and drinks at the summer and winter socials – which really adds to the sense of community.

The class has genuinely helped me stay active and healthy over the years, and I’m so glad I found it.”

“Meraki Fit on a Saturday morning. It’s much more than a boot camp; it’s something I genuinely love. Great people, varied sessions every six weeks so you never get bored and all fitness levels are welcomed and supported. The perfect way to start a Saturday.”
